A month after his son died aged 22, Mr Sunil decided to tell the world of work is full of pressure, stress that an employee of Goldman Sachs faced before his death.
Sarvshreshth Gupta from New Delhi (India) is an expert in technology, communications of Goldman Sachs - the investment bank multinationals based in the US. Sarvshreshth Gupta graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and joined Goldman from autumn 2014. Before that, he used to practice at Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank.

He was 22, died last April while on his way home after more than two consecutive working days at the office.
A month after he died, his father - Sunil - was published the article "The boy never die" day in the media 17/5. Here are some excerpts:
My son had complained repeatedly encounter the pressures and stresses of the job, but not how to resolve after the New Year holiday.
"Dad, I always sleep deprivation. The continuous work 20 consecutive hours," Gupta said Sarvshreshth. There are regular week it must do all weekend.
Then I said immediately. "Son, so that you are destroying your health." But it says: "Come on dad, I was young and very healthy. Making the investment bank in the course much of it."
I started getting complaints about the work pressure since mid January. Sarvshresh told me: "This work is not for me to make. Too many things but there is so little time. I want to go home".
Seeing such children, all parents have the same reaction. And I've tried to suggest the job by also struggling, especially with a new workplace. "'Boy game, everything in the immediate children, youth, ambition, hold on - I've told it so," said Sunil said.
Then in mid-March, my son quit. It's written resignation without consulting me. When it calls the announcement, the first sentence I said to him was: "Son, do not want you to leave the matter but no matter what, it still wants with me. Go home." It seems sad and said, "Dad, will take some time off work to complete mechanical procedures". So I asked what time it wants to do. "You will automatically rebalance itself, eat home-cooked food, walking and gym. Then I will work", it said.
Although the answer but not long after, he came back to work at Goldman Sachs after reconsideration resignation and under pressure from myself.
Oh, poor son of mine! It returned to the area and work hard even without a break, despite the lack of sleep ... A few weeks later it called home since there had not slept and had much to do.
But in mid-April afternoon, about 3 hours and a half in India and the 12 noon hourly California (USA), it calls to us and says. "Dad, too much work. Two days I did not sleep. There was a meeting with a client in the morning and have to complete the presentation. Your boss is very unhappy child. I was working alone in the office room ".
Then I was extremely angry and shouted: "You have 15 days to leave the area and go home." He then said, sarcastic: "They will not allow you to break it." I say, "Just tell them that the main break is my resignation." And eventually it will only accept work in another hour and go home, apartment just half a mile from the office.
But early the next morning, my son found when died. So dawn never comes in our life again, my beloved son has not even been to the apartment about it.
A monster, a demon in the other engine giant has claimed its life. My son, my blood, is the victim of a cruel machine, of the boss know how to make money - who certainly is someone's son.
The death of former Goldman Sachs remains shrouded in mystery. According Dealbook's Sorkin, the young man's body was found in the parking lot of the apartment building where he lived. The hypothesis could be made he fell in this building. The medical examiner did not give the cause of death at this time.
For its part, Goldman said he was saddened by the death of Sav and condolences to his family. However, tension is still weighing on the younger of his colleagues at Goldman Sachs. This theme continues to be reheated in the other bank as a trainee month 8/2013 of Bank of America died after working continuously many nights at the office. Then last week, a banker from Moelis & Co, 29, died after jumping from the building of his luxury apartment in downtown Manhattan.
